Workplace Wellbeing Day - Looking After Our Mental Health
Join us in the studio as we discuss busy schedules with the feelings of burnout and frustration that can arise with them. This, combined with a change to working models, increased social anxiety, and family-related guilt or feelings of toxic positivity means that looking after our mental health is more important now than ever.
This panel discussion will be Chartered Counselling Psychologist Dr. Emelina Ellis and Jack Kavanagh and will aim to provide you with the necessary tools required to combat feelings of stress, burnout, or anxiety, and ensure you are making your hybrid work schedule benefit your wellbeing.
