Weekly Kick Off: Understanding Your Exercise
During week 4 we will be focussing on exercise - how much we deliberately move and how much activity we perform on a daily and weekly basis. Your coach will help educate you on choosing the right exercise for your health and wellbeing goals and how often you should perform it. We will then discuss the weeks missions and the introduction of the Activ8 Healthy Habit #4.
