Portion Control, Are We eating too much?
Controlling your portions doesn’t mean you need to eat tiny amounts or measure out precisely the number of peas on your plate. But if we’re eating too much, then we may need to retrain our brains to see a smaller-than-normal portion as satisfying enough.
In this Seminar we will look at how the portion of food you eat can impact on your weight and health; the most common types of food we tend to overeat due to the bigger portion sizes and look at some tips and advice around helping you control your portions.
