This digital seminar is for those who want to learn how to focus attention on the present, allowing one to appreciate it more and improve quality of life.
As we constantly find ourselves planning ahead, setting goals for the future, we often find ourselves with no room to focus on the present. Our Psychologist will provide tips on easy mindfulness exercises and techniques that can help tackle stress, anxiety, depression, mental exhaustion as well as learning to take personal time for yourself.
