HIIT & Mobility Essentials #2
This will be our second of the High Intensity Interval Training classes. This is designed to stress our cardiovascular system with short bursts of intense exercise followed by rest periods. In this class you will learn how to use simple effective exercises to ramp up your heart rate, but more importantly learn the skills of recovery and pacing so that you are training optimally. This will be followed by a cool-down period and some essential mobility movements to aid in preventing stiffness and soreness!
