Changing your Environment for Wellbeing

We are shaped by our environment, and the world we live in. In fact, our environment can shape the way we think and the way we act. Our environment can impact our mental and physical
health whether we realise it or not!

This seminar will help us identify how our environment is impacting us, and how we can change it for our benefit. We cover everything from second hand stress, to identifying cues/triggers for, to working at home. We use our understanding of nudge theory to understand how making simple changes to our environment can impact our behaviour.
