Bodyweight Circuits & Breathing for Wellbeing #1

This is a combination of many different bodyweight exercises performed consecutively to provide a full body workout. The class is a mixture of static holds and fast ballistic movements guaranteed to burn energy and keep your body guessing! Once the hard work is completed we will take the time to focus on our breathing and learn how to engage the correct breathing muscles which can help destress our bodies and alleviate aches and pains.
