Bodyweight Strength and Flexibility #3

The bodyweight strength class is designed to stress the muscles throughout our entire body, forcing them to adapt and use up a lot of calories in doing so. Your coach will help educate you about effort and failure, and how to get the most out of your body with each movement. The strength section is then followed by some effective flexibility movements where your coach will guide you through the most important stretches for your body and how to perform them correctly.
