Bodyweight Strength and Flexibility #2
This is the second bodyweight strength class of the programme except this time we will be changing the movements and the amount of time spent performing the movements - this keeps our body guessing, forcing it to adapt and use up a lot of calories in doing so. Your coach will help educate you about effort and failure, and how to get the most out of your body with each movement. The strength section is then followed by some effective flexibility movements where your coach will guide you through the most important stretches for your body and how to perform them correctly.
