First Responders - Facilitated Peer Consultations Groups
We want to be sure that our trained First Responders have the support that they need to carry out what is an important, sometimes challenging role within the organisation. We are now running a facilitated group for all of our trained First Responders to give them the space to come together again as a group, review and revise the model and material associated with the role, and share their experiences to date.
In this 2 hour group meeting, our psychologist will guide the First Responders through a structured conversation that will include:
Reviewing the First Responders model and role
Sharing of any learning events or challenges experienced so far
The processing of experiences and importance of self-care
Who: Psychologist, Rebecca Reddin will deliver the workshop.
When: The workshop will take place on January 31st from 11:00-13:00.
