HIIT Classes

6 Week Programme

HIIT classes are scientifically proven to jumpstart your metabolism and help you get into the best shape of your life. This programme is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.


When: The classes will commence on February 12th at 09:00, and will run for 6 weeks on the following dates:

  • February 12th

  • February 19th

  • February 26th

  • March 5th

  • March 12th

  • March 19th

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by completing the booking form below.
