Reflexology Onsite

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that is based on the principle that all organs, glands and structures of the body have reflex points that end in the hands and feet. Applying pressure to these points helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing process in the corresponding areas of the body, therefore actively improving your health. Regular Reflexology treatments not only help reduce stress levels but can also help with recovery from several acute and chronic conditions.

Who: Reflexologist Olivia Maguire will deliver the appointments. 

When: The appointments will take place on November 22nd and 23rd from 09:00-17:00. Duration of each consultation will be 30 minutes. 

Where: Letterkenny Global Delivery Centre, Letterkenny Business & Technology Park, Letterkenny, Donegal
