Whatever your working environment, all of us need to relax from time to time. Our Massage Therapist will be onsite offering free 30 minute massage sessions.

One of the primary benefits of Indian head massage is its ability to alleviate stress and tension. The treatment provides a deep sense of relaxation, improving mental wellbeing. As a result, it can also help to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Who: Massage Therapist, John Mullen will deliver the massages.

When: The appointments will take place on the November 22nd & 23rd from 09:00 - 17:00. Appointments will be 30 minutes in duration.

Where: Letterkenny Global Delivery Centre, Letterkenny Business & Technology Park, Letterkenny, Donegal
