Happiness is something that is frequently pursued but not quite obtained. It's something we often talk about wanting without actually slowing down and thinking about what it actually is. Instead we become so invested in becoming happy that we can often leave ourselves in knots.
What’s the secret to being happy? The truth is, happiness isn't just a trait that some people have and some don't. You can develop a greater sense of happiness in much the same way as you develop any other skill. This webinar outlines how we understand happiness, the habits that encourage happiness, how to practice these, and how to invest in yourself.
