There are many different aspects to wellbeing and because it is measured intrinsically by each individual, what makes one satisfied with their own state of wellbeing will differ from person to person. Well being includes your physical health - exercise & nutrition, your mental, emotional & spiritual health, your work satisfaction, sense of connection & belonging and sense of purpose. The purpose of this seminar is to help you gain an understanding of the different aspects of well being, discover what is important to you, and to equip you with the knowledge and tools to not only set effective well being goals, but to stick with them and follow through, smash them, and ultimately live your best life.
