6 Week Programme
Pilates is a mat based form of exercise which is low impact in nature and uses gentle resistance to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the whole body but with special emphasis on strengthening the core. Pilates can yield results in terms of improvements in flexibility, strength building and can help develop control and endurance in the whole human body. This programme is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
Who: Pilates Instructor, Sharon McHugh will deliver these classes.
When: The classes will commence on Tuesday June 12th at 16:40 in the Deming (Training Room), and will run twice a week for 6 weeks on the following dates:
- 12th June & 14th June
- 19th June & 21st June
- 26th June & 28th June
- 3rd July & 5th July
- 10th July & 12th July
- 17th July & 19th July
