Pat Divilly has been involved in the wellness industry for over 15 years as a coach, facilitator and educator in the areas of physical, mental and emotional wellness. Since 2015 he has run hundreds of corporate and public seminars, workshops and retreats globally and released over 250 episodes of his popular podcast.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, this session is an invitation to slow down and check in - with yourself and with those around you.
We’ll explore how to notice the signs that someone (including you) might be struggling, how to respond with care, and how small acts of self-care and support can make a real difference. The session will also share simple, practical tools to support mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing - tools you can bring into everyday conversations, leadership, and life.
