Candidate Filming
Thank you again for your participation in the process to date. The final stage of the programme is the recording of your stories before sharing company wide. Candidate filming will take place on Wednesday 12th June, Brendan our videographer will be onsite to carry out the 30-40 minute interviews which will very much be conversation style guided by the questions below. Please use these questions as a guideline to prepare in advance.
Interview Questions
Tell us a little bit about yourself (you might want to refer to your interests/ hobbies/ family & friends/ any general background info you'd like to share)
Tell us a little bit about your Journey to Pramerica & what you do there (you might want to refer to your team / area / department / roll / how long you've been with the company etc).
Tell us a little bit about your mental health journey (you might want to refer to when things started becoming difficult for you / what you noticed / what you did that helped (or didn't) / how you knew things were getting better / what you might do if things started to become difficult again for you / anything around mental health you'd be aware of now that you weren't before your experience).
What advice you would give to someone who was dealing with their own difficulty.
