All of us need to relax from time to time. Our Massage Therapist will be onsite offering free 30 minute massage sessions.

One of the primary benefits of Indian head massage is its ability to alleviate stress and tension. The treatment provides a deep sense of relaxation, improving mental well-being. As a result, it can also help to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Who: Massage Therapist, Grainne Duffy will deliver the massages.

When: The appointments will take place on April 24th from 09:00 - 17:00. Duration of the appointments will be 30 minutes.

Where: Letterkenny Global Delivery Centre, Letterkenny Business & Technology Park, Letterkenny, Donegal.
