We will explore the lifestyle habits to follow for weight management and reducing risk of diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. Our dietitian focuses on foods to eat in abundance, the importance of fibre and eating enough protein. This webinar has been developed through a ‘Health at Every Size’ (HAES) lens.

We see so much about nutrition on social media that can often be misleading. This seminar sub-series is based on research and clinically-approved information to ensure that you are nourishing your body from the inside out, free of diet culture and shame!
