One of the biggest misconceptions that relates to diet is that healthy food incurs an extra cost. Health promoting diets take it back to basics such as the Mediterranean diet full of fruit, vegetables, olive oil, legumes and nuts. Luckily, fresh (or frozen) produce and plant based proteins are easy on our wallets too. We explore how to prepare and execute a wellbalanced, budget friendly supermarket trip.

We see so much about nutrition on social media that can often be misleading. This seminar sub-series is based on research and clinically-approved information to ensure that you are nourishing your body from the inside out, free of diet culture and shame!
