We all know how important eating well is for us, but did you know how important it is for your mind?
A healthy diet will not only help you control your weight and lower your cholesterol, it can also improve your concentration, alertness, problem-solving skills, and productivity which are all important in the workplace. We spend around 60% of our waking hours work and consume at least a third of our daily calorie allowance during our working day. Therefore, the workplace setting clearly has a key role to play in us making healthier food choices.
