Smoking Cessation Digital Programme

The programme is designed to help individuals to quit their smoking habits by supporting them with the following:
1. Helping them to work towards being ready to change
2. Helping them to manage self-control
3. Helping them to set achievable weekly goals

Our weekly and fortnightly group sessions, which are spread over 3 months, are facilitated by a mental health professional. This course gives employees the chance to explore smoking cessation challenges and how to overcome them, along with home practice pieces and aids to keep on track. The clinician can support the group to work through stages of preparation and change to get on the road to quitting smoking.


Who: Psychologist, Rebecca Reddin will deliver this programme.

When: The programme will start on February 10th at 13:30 via MsTeams. The duration of each session will be 90 minutes.

Tuesday February 21st 13:30 to 15:00
Tuesday February 28th 13:30 to 15:00
Tuesday March 7th 13:30 to 15:00
Tuesday March 21st 13:30 to 15:00
Tuesday April 4th 13:30 to 15:00
Tuesday April 18th 13:30 to 15:00


Do I Need to Sign up? Yes, please book your place by completing the booking form below.

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.
