Being mobile is a key aspect of being healthy. Not being able to move a joint freely through its full range of motion can put you at an increased risk of injury. Most of us spend 8-12 hours a day in the seated position and as a result, can develop poor mobility, lower-back issues, poor posture and a weak core.
So before we decide to get to the gym, or to run a 10K, we need to get back to basics and focus on simple stretches, mobility drills, and start listening to our bodies.
In this session, we will show you some simple exercises, designed to become part of your daily routine which will to get you moving better, for longer.

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by completing the booking form below.
