Mindfulness Workshop Series
Mindfulness refers to the focusing of attention and awareness on the present and fosters the ability to inhibit those very quick emotional impulses. Research suggests that mindfulness practices are useful in the treatment and management of pain, stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, anger management and addiction. This 6 week seminar series allows participants to learn the principles of mindfulness and incorporate it into their daily life.
When: The first workshop will take place on June 12th at 13:00 and will run every week for 6 weeks.
Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes, to sign up, please complete the booking form below.
Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.
