Yoga Classes

6 Week Programme

Whether your aim is to tone up, relax, reduce stress or simply boost your energy levels, our instructor will show you how to strengthen, tone and relax your body whilst quietening your mind! This programme can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you are new to yoga or are a veteran!

When: The classes will commence on March 12th at 15:30, and March 14th at 17:00 and will run for 6 weeks.

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by choosing your preferred start date via the booking forms below. Please note, you may need to scroll down the page to view the booking form for March 14th.

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.

If you receive an error message, this means multiple people are trying to book for the same time slot. Refresh the page and repeat the booking process to confirm your booking.
