Mental Health Manager Workshop

The Manager Mental Health Workshop provides essential insights for managers. Participants explore mental health as a spectrum, learn about their role in supporting staff, and gain practical principles for compassionate conversations.

This workshop will focus on the following:

·        An introduction to mental health

·         To understand the importance of how poor mental health can impact an organisation

·          How to spot early signs and start a conversation

·          Collaborative problem solving and how to make a plan

·          Promoting open dialogue and employee engagement.

·          What is the managers role in supporting employee’s mental health

The seminar recording will be available for all Lidl employees to watch from July 25th and will remain available for 30 days.
