Managing Remote and Hybrid Teams For Managers

Recent times have resulted in many more of us working remotely. Going forward, sometimes workers will be in the office, sometimes based remotely, using the hybrid model. This new way of working, presents new challenges to team leaders and managers who are used to observing, operating and communicating in person with their team members. Learn how managers should rethink how they lead their teams, changing how they interact and motivate, exhibiting trust and transparency and revisiting operational processes for the new working environment.

When: The workshop will take place on September 28th at 10:00 via Webex. Duration of the workshop will be 2 hours.
