LGBT+ Awareness / LGBT+ Inclusion in the workplace workshop

This course provides participants with an understanding of LGBT+ communities and in the workplace. There is still stigma and discrimination for those who identify as LGBT+ in society and in the workplace.

Learning Objectives:
1. What does LGBT+ mean? An overview of sexual orientation and gender identity
2. Sexual orientation, gender identity and the law
3. Multi identities/intersectionality
4. Removing barriers for LGBT+ people/employees

Who: Faisal Arif, a representative from the Irish Centre For Diversity will deliver this course.

When: The course will take place on May 30th at 10:00 - 13:30 via MS Teams. Duration of the session will be 3.5 hours with Q&A included.
