Do you want to Call it Quits and say goodbye to that nasty habit once and for all? We can guide you step by step and provide you with the necessary skills to quit for life. 

Addiction to nicotine can be very difficult to overcome. However, it is not impossible. Our philosophy is not to just ignore the excuses or simply refuse to accept them but to empower each employee to be able to either discard each and every one of their excuses themselves. Research clearly shows that group therapy and self-help assisted programmes are more effective than other methods in helping people to quit.

The Programme: The 8 week interactive programme consists of 7 one-hour group sessions with a Psychologist onsite, plus a 1 hour follow up a month later, as well as eLearning with weekly material to help motivate and educate participants on how to combine giving up with some new healthy habits.

Who: Psychologist, Margaret O'Donnell will deliver the programme.

When: The programme will commence on Monday April 16th at 17:30 in Mulroy Room Building 1 and will run for 8 weeks on the following dates:

  • Week 1 - Monday 16th April
  • Week 2 - Thursday 26 April
  • Week 3 - Thursday 03 May
  • Week 4 - Thursday 10 May
  • Week 5 - Thursday 17 May
  • Week 6 - Thursday 24 May
  • Week 7 - Thursday 31 May
  • Follow Up - Thursday 28th June
