Thank you for filling out your Home Working Questionnaire. As we can see from your answers, you have been placed in a category that requires further action. As a result, Laya is making their Physiotherapy Led Workstation Assessor Team available to help to you to address your workspace.

What We Do:

Our team analyse your workspace, your position and make a true impact at your desk. The days of advising people to “sit up straight” are over. It is about real time, tangible change.  

What Do you Have to Do: 

1. To book a 30 minute video appointment, please choose your preferred date & time slot and complete the booking form below.

2. You will receive a booking confirmation that can be exported into your calendar.

3. Be at your desk, log into the video link (this will be sent to you in advance of the session) at your chosen time and complete the assessment.

Please note, if a time slot has already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list for that particular time slot. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for this time slot if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space next to the time slot this means both the time slot and the wait list slot have been taken.

If you receive an error message, this means multiple people are trying to book for the same time slot. Refresh the page and repeat the booking process to confirm your booking.
