Mind Full or Mindful

This is for those who want to learn how to focus attention on the present, allowing one to appreciate it more and improve quality of life.

As we constantly find ourselves planning ahead, setting goals for the future, we often find ourselves with no room to focus on the present. Our Psychologist will provide tips on easy mindfulness exercises and techniques that can help tackle stress, anxiety, depression, mental exhaustion as well as learning to take personal time for yourself.

Who: Psychologist, Margaret O’Donnell will be on site.

When: The consultations will take place on the 26th September between 09:00 - 17:00 with two seminars, one at 10:00 & 16:00. 

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes, for the consultations, please complete the booking form below as places are limited

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.
