Increase your activity levels with this fun and challenging class! This class mixes a wide variety of different activities to maximise fun and get a sweat going. Each class is divided into three parts, a vigorous warm up encompassing running, jumping, catching, passing and dynamic movements. Next, an exercise portion utilising a circuit of exercises that change week to week. Finally a conditioning portion where improving cardiovascular fitness is the goal.


Who: Fitness Instructor, David Brannagan will deliver these classes.

When: The classes will commence on Tuesday June 5th at 08:00, and will run for 9 weeks (every Tuesday & Thursday) on the following dates:

  • 5th & 7th June
  • 12th & 14th June
  • 19th & 21st June
  • 26th & 28th June
  • 3rd & 5th July
  • 10th & 12th July
  • 17th & 19th July
  • 24th & 26th July
  • 31st July & 2nd August

Please note, the Thursday classes will take place at 18:00.
