6 Week Programme
Pilates is a mat based form of exercise which is low impact in nature and uses gentle resistance to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the whole body but with special emphasis on strengthening the core. Pilates can yield results in terms of improvements in flexibility, strength building and can help develop control and endurance in the whole human body. This programme is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
When: The classes will commence on Tuesday July 3rd at 16:30, and will run for 6 weeks on the following dates:
- 3rd July
- 10th July
- 17th July
- 24th July
- 31st July
- 7th August
