Increase your activity levels with this fun and challenging class! This class mixes a wide variety of different activities to maximise fun and get a sweat going. Each class is divided into three parts, a vigorous warm up encompassing running, jumping, catching, passing and dynamic movements. Next, an exercise portion utilising a circuit of exercises that change week to week. Finally a conditioning portion where improving cardiovascular fitness is the goal.


When: The classes will commence on Monday August 27th at 16:45, and will run for 9 weeks on the following dates:

  • 27th & 30th August
  • 3rd & 6th Sept
  • 10th & 13th Sept
  • 17th & 20th Sept
  • 24th & 27th Sept
  • 1st & 4th Oct
  • 8th & 11th Oct
  • 15th & 18th Oct
  • 22nd & 25th Oct
