Mental Health Live Seminar Sub Series

What is mindfulness? In this seminar we will explore the practice of mindfulness and the benefits it can have on our wellbeing. We will learn about the autopilot mind and the focused mind, as well as give you an opportunity to join in on some mindfulness exercises.


The seminar recording will be available for all University College Dublin employees to watch from 16th June and will remain available for 30 days.
