6 Week Programme
Whether your aim is to tone up, relax, reduce stress or simply boost your energy levels, our instructor will show you how to strengthen, tone and relax your body whilst quietening your mind! This programme can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you are new to yoga or are a veteran!
Who: Yoga Instructor, Grainne Toher will deliver these classes.
When: The classes will commence on Wednesday May 2nd at 17:00, and will run for 6 weeks on the following dates:
