Healthcoach is coming to transitions Optical

Our new and improved corporate Healthcoach journey empowers and supports your team to make meaningful changes to their health & wellbeing by providing: 

• Bespoke booking journey

• Initial consultation including goal setting and baseline metrics

• Tailored wellbeing programme based on your consultation

• Full access to wellbeing portal

• Signposting to digital services

• Wellbeing content- blogs, podcasts and more

Healthcoach by Laya Healthcare is exclusively available to all Laya Healthcare members aged 18 years and over from renewal once every two years.

Who: Healthcoach, Jennifer Curtin will deliver the consultations.

When: The consultations will take place on June 18th from 09:00 – 15:30 via Microsoft Teams. The appointments are 25 minutes in duration.

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by choosing your preferred time slot via the booking form below. A meeting link will be sent in advance of your session.

Please note, if a time slot has already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list for that particular time slot. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for this time slot if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space next to the time slot this means both the time slot and the wait list slot have been taken.

If you receive an error message, this means multiple people are trying to book for the same time slot. Refresh the page and repeat the booking process to confirm your booking.
