Healthcoach is coming to tata Consultancy Services

Our new and improved corporate Healthcoach journey empowers and supports your team to make meaningful changes to their health & wellbeing by providing:

• Initial consultation including goal setting and baseline metrics

• Tailored wellbeing programme based on your consultation

• Full access to wellbeing portal

• Signposting to digital services

• Wellbeing content- blogs, podcasts and more

Healthcoach by Laya Healthcare is exclusively available to all Laya Healthcare members aged 18 years and over from renewal once every two years.

Who: Healthcoach, Charlie McCarthy will deliver the virtual consultations.

When: The consultations will take place on February 13th from 09:00 - 17:00. The appointments are 25 minutes in duration.

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by choosing your preferred time slot via the booking form below. A meeting link will be sent in advance of your session.
