Even if you’re wiped, you’ll be better off grabbing a healthy snack than downing that caffeine infused chemical cocktail. Food is our body's fuel and what we choose to consume is going to impact massively on our performance.

We’ll take you through some healthy foods that can make you feel more alert, ward off muscle fatigue and give you the get-up-and-go you need.
