Managing Anger in the Workplace 

Emotions tell us what we need and often we have difficulty listening to them. When we ignore, miss, confuse or miscommunicate these needs life can become difficult. The spectrum of anger runs from mild annoyance to frustration to angry to rage. Anger has the worst PR of all emotions and this becomes the basis of many ways in which we mismanage anger. We apply short term solutions which eventually lead to significant long term problems such as explosive anger, high blood pressure, sleepless nights, and misplaced anger from work towards our loved ones, along with anxiety and depression, to mention but a few.

In this webinar we will look at the origins of anger, why it’s there, what use is it and looking at ways in which we can train ourselves in using our anger to succeed in the workplace.
