Stretching 101

Despite the importance of stretching, it is often overlooked or forgotten about. By stretching, we allow our bodies to perform better, gain a range of motions and most importantly, improve flexibility of muscles to prevent muscle soreness and injury. Stretching regularly can help employees have an increased control over their bodies and optimal balance. Our Qualified Physiotherapist will provide you with practical techniques to improve your range of motion, prevent muscle soreness and improve energy levels through greater blood circulation.
