Optimise your Mind Workshop

This engaging workshop focuses on motivating and inspiring employees to develop a happier and more efficient life. This is based on mindfulness techniques but not just about mindfulness. This light and interactive workshop focuses on inspiring participants to make the changes needed for optimisation in performance, social relations, wellbeing and time management.

Who: Psychologist, Breda Dooley will deliver this workshop.

When: The workshop will take place on Wednesday October 25th at 10:00. Duration of the workshop will be 4 hours in total.

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes, to sign up, please complete the booking form below.
