This topic addresses a very common issue: managing the pace of daily life. However, instead of simply having a basic time management focus, this topic focuses on translating the best available scientific research into accessible and useful methods for making the most of the time you have.

Participants will learn about how their experience of time changes in different contexts and how to start to use their own internal clocks to make time start working for them.


The webinar will be available for all NAME employees to watch from DATE and will remain available for 30 days.
