Building a strong, healthy, secure relationship can be one of the best supports in your life. Strong relationships improve all aspects of your life, health, mind, work and family. On the other hand if the relationships are no longer working, it can also be a tremendous drain. Relationships take work and are an investment, essentially the more you put into them, the more that you can get back. This topic will look at the psychological understanding of healthy and strong relationships. It will also look at how we can work on building those elements into our future relationships and repairing current struggling relationships.

This topic is about the self-development of bounding skills. Each relationship is unique and people come together for a multitude of different reasons. Psychological research has identified common elements which form healthy relationships. Knowing the basic elements of healthy relationships keeps them meaningful, fulfilling and passionate in good and bad times.
