5-10K Supervised Running Programme

Whether you are just an occasional runner or are looking to beat your personal best, this supervised running programme will help you build your fitness levels with the end goal of being able to run 10K non-stop.

Our Fitness Instructor will be onsite to oversee the 16 weeks training. During the weekly sessions you will learn about efficient and pain free running through good technique as well how to build your stamina and speed. In addition to the weekly sessions, each participant will also have access to our eLearning platform where online content will detail the running programme for that week, as well as helpful advice about nutrition, what to wear and motivational input. Even if you miss a supervised session, you will still be able to stay on top of your training plan by following the eLearning content.

Although the programme is 16 weeks in total, there are different stages at which you can feed into the training programme ensuring it is appropriate to your current running ability.


Who: Running Instructor, NAME, will deliver the onsite group sessions. 

When: The programme will begin on DATE and run for 16 weeks.
