Live Pilates Classes

12 Week Programme

Pilates is a mat based form of exercise which is low impact in nature and uses gentle resistance to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the whole body but with special emphasis on strengthening the core. Pilates can yield results in terms of improvements in flexibility, strength building and can help develop control and endurance in the whole human body. This programme is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.


Who: Pilates Instructor, Kieran McKeown will deliver these classes via WebEX.

When: The classes will commence on May 27th at 18:00, and will run for 12 weeks on the dates listed below. 

  • Week 1: 27th May

  • Week 2: 4th June

  • Week 3: 11th June

  • Week 4: 18th June

  • Week 5: 25th June

  • Week 6: 2nd July

  • Week 7: 9th July

  • Week 8: 16th July

  • Week 9: 23rd July

  • Week 10: 30th July

  • Week 11: 6th August

  • Week: 12: 13th August

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Simply enter your details via the booking form below. You will be sent a link to attend the class in advance of your session.

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.

If you receive an error message, this means multiple people are trying to book for the same time slot. Refresh the page and repeat the booking process to confirm your booking.
