It may have started as a trend among Silicon Valley tech companies, but mindfulness seems to be here to stay for all of us. In the past year, mindfulness has made headlines in seemingly every major print publication and news site. No longer just an activity reserved for the few, we see more and more people are looking to mindfulness. In this webinar we’ll take you through some steps for applying mindfulness to your every day.
