Certified Proud - True Allyship

Certified Proud is a membership and accreditation body which strives for LGBTQ+ inclusivity and safety. We want everyone to be able to book a hotel, order a meal, start a new job or seek assistance in a shop and know that they will be treated with respect. We aim to create a collective of safe spaces so that members of the LGBTQ+ community can live a life free from discrimination and unease.

In Donya's session with Virgin Media, Donya will be talks about Allyship. This session covers the meaning of true Allyship, the difference between passive and active Allyship, the role of privilege, examples of strong Allyship in the workplace and tangible changes we can all make today.
