Building Resilience Workshops

Resilience is essential for maintaining mental well-being and effectively managing life’s challenges. This interactive workshop uses an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to help you build resilience by accepting what is and isn’t within your control. You’ll gain the tools to navigate challenges with clarity and make meaningful changes in your life.  

Who: Psychotherapist Pauline Bergin will deliver this workshop.

When: The workshop will take place on June 24th.  The duration of the workshop will be 2 hours - 10am - 12pm. 

Where: Block S, East Point Business Park, Dublin 3
